| Muhammad Saleem Khan-Chairman and CEO |
| Saleem Khan is the founder of Fairwater Risk Consultants and Insurance Brokers and serves as the Chairman and CEO of the company. He brings with him over 30 years of experience from the Civil Services of Pakistan. His most recent assignment from which he has retired recently was as Federal Secretary for the Ministry of Ports and Shipping. Other important positions held by him include: Principal Secretary to Governor (Sindh), Commissioner Karachi, Additional Chief Secretary Local Government, Secretary Health, Secretary Excise and Taxation, Director Industries. Mr. Saleem holds a Masters Degree in Economics from Karachi University, and another Masters Degree in Public Administration from Harvard University. Along with these qualifications he also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Economic Development from Cambridge University. With such an educational background and professional experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Fairwater. His strong connections with the public and private sector industries open many opportunities for Fairwater and enable the company to secure its business. Under his leadership and guidance our company is geared towards reaching our goals in an efficient and professional manner, and to be the broker of choice for our clientele. |

| Khurram being one of the Co-founders of Fairwater has been with the company since its in early May. He holds a BA (Hons) degree in Business and Enterprise from the University of Glamorgan (Wales, UK) and an M.Sc in Insurance and Risk Management from the Cass Business School (London, UK). He has a vast experience in the Pakistan insurance industry where he started off his career with Askari General Insurance Company and then moved on to work with Willis insurance brokers in Dubai within the energy team. During his tenure at Willis he had also acquired certification from the Willis Masters of Energy program in October 2011. During his time in Dubai he moved on to join Malakut Insurance Brokers as a Regional Manager looking after the Pakistan and Iran regions in terms of energy and marine business. His role in Fairwater is to manage all the company’s core business activities and help the company to grow on further by generating new business along with management of service offered to the company’s clientele. |

| Syed Muhammad Saad - Junior Account Executive |
 Saad is working as a Junior Account Executive at Fairwater. He has completed his M.COM in Insurance from University Of Karachi and currently pursuing his ACII certification. He has successfully completed an Internship from National Bank of Pakistan in Capital Market Division. During his experience with National Bank of Pakistan he acquired knowledge of the construction of financial module and prepared the financial model of Lucky Cement Limited for NBP. Earlier he has worked as a graduate trainee for six months in Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited and accumulated practical and conceptual knowledge of the insurance industry. He has an ability to operate successfully in a commercial environment. He has an entrepreneurial and analytical mind to cope with complex situation of the business. |
| Samra Karim - Junior Account Executive |
 Samra holds an M.COM Degree in Insurance from University of Karachi. She is currently pursuing her ACII certification. She has devoted six months in Pakistan Reinsurance Company as a trainee and accumulated practical and conceptual knowledge of the insurance industry. Earlier she has successfully completed an internship program from Soneri Bank and also participated in different educational activities. Currently, she works with Fairwater on a position of Junior Account Executive. She holds the ability to interact at all level of organization with positive outlooks. |
Noor-ul-Haque is holding Bachelor degrees in Science, Law & Education. Besides he is a qualified as DAIBP (Diploma Associate in Banking Pakistan) which is a Professional qualification from Institute of Bankers in Pakistan. He served in the State Bank of Pakistan for more than three decades i.e. from 1975 to 2010 and retired on the position of Senior Joint Director of Finance Department. He also served in other various departments of SBP. He also visited South Africa for working on Globus which is a Banking system. Presently, he is with Fairwater in the capacity of General Manager and Company Secretary. He is actively involved in community service and other social work. While in State Bank he represented SBP to various institutions of intricate nature. He is an enthusiastic and hard worker continuing to strive for perfection.
